CCTV & Access Control Notice (POPIA):
This estate uses CCTV and electronic access logs to protect residents and property and to manage incidents. Footage/logs are retained for a limited period and accessed only by authorised personnel or service providers for security or legal purposes. Queries/requests: info@lumineer.co.za
The Perimeter: The electric fence is coupled to the motion detection.
The estate is fully enclosed with high-grade perimeter fencing and 24-hour monitored access control, ensuring resident safety at all times.
A robust electric boundary fence with motion sensors combined with CCTV surveillance and routine patrols reinforces our commitment to security.
Perimeter integrity is maintained through a combination of reinforced boundary walls, motion sensors, and strategic lighting.
Guardhouse
We have 2 guards on duty during each shift and since Covid regularly have an armed response vehicle monitoring the estate in addition, All guards are trained and certified and we ensure that regular training occurs to keep the team well equiped.
Video Surveillance
The entire boundary as well as internal roads and entry and exit points are well covered by the surveillance system and cameras. This is maintained on a monthly SLA with Active Motion to ensure that all equipment reman in working order and that there is no downtime.
